I had to laugh when I found out that this fan of Search Engine Funnies lived in the general vicinity and, like my podcasting collaborator, was named "David B."
In case you missed it, I have a Comixpedia brief about how Belarus' crackdown on webcartoonists. Until this week, I didn't even know this nation existed, and man, what I wouldn't give to see those cartoons. Who knows if anyone will see them now?
Eric Burns name-drops me in a retrospective on Websnark that's the best thing he's done in some time, and worth a look.
Finally, one of my searches turned up this TOTALLY GENUINE COMIC STRIP in which Mickey Mouse prepares to put a bullet through his brain. Want more? The full "suicide sequence" is here. Story concept by WALT DISNEY HIMSELF!
