Everyone Is Late With Their Images!

Everyone!

Okay, not everyone. But it sure feels like it.

Comments:
did you send me an email? I didn't get it

Just sent it again, M. Lemme know if it didn't get thru...

You got mine...cuz I'm cool.

you want to reprint these images for free in the book you plan to sell?

that shit don't cost fifty dollars.

You're working under some false assumptions, Anonymous. First, the people I've said are "late" (which is a much smaller number now) have agreed to get me images, they've just dragged their feet about actually doing it. If they hadn't agreed, they wouldn't be "late."

Webcomics artists generally own the rights to their own work and most are glad to lend their support to projects that help the medium. Not only does it feel good, it's good advertising and good PR.

It's true that I hope this book will help feed me, but I also hope that it provides a public service. I think the participants recognize that. It's my best explanation for how much overall support there's been.

You got ours, right?

Yep.

Posting anonymously pretty well invalidates one's opinion from the get go.

They're just being *fashionably* late.
